Who can participate in TN-BOTIFY? +

Diploma, Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Arts & Science students can participate.

How do students register? +

Students participate through a club account. The club adds members and creates challenge teams.

What is the team size? +

Each challenge team may have 1-4 members.

What is the registration fee? +

The fee is ₹400 per participant for each challenge.

Is one payment valid for both challenges? +

No. The Boxing Bots and Micro-Mouse require separate registrations and separate challenge-wise payments.

What is the cost of the standard kits? +

The standard Boxing Bot kit is ₹10,000. The standard Micro-Mouse kit is ₹5,000.

What documents are required from members? +

Each participating member must upload a valid student ID card.

What bot information must be submitted? +

Teams must submit bot photographs and a demonstration video before the event day.

Can we change team members after registration? +

Team details may be updated until the bot is verified before the match. After verification, the record is locked.

Where can we find the technical rules? +

The latest approved rule books and technical specifications will be published in the Resources section.

Are workshops conducted online or offline? +

Preparatory links or materials may be shared online. Physical workshops are conducted during the zonal events.

Do workshops require advance booking? +

No. Registered students may attend available workshop sessions without slot booking, subject to event instructions and capacity.

How will we receive event updates? +

Registration confirmations, reminders and important event updates will be sent by email and shown in the dashboard.

When will scores be visible? +

Scores, leaderboards and brackets become public only after administrator approval.

How many teams qualify from each zone? +

20 teams from each zone qualify in each challenge for the Grand Finale.

How can we get technical help? +

Use the chatbot, raise a support ticket, request call support or follow assigned mentor guidance through the dashboard.
